*While you mix and mingle you can cast final votes for the Best of Walnut Creek through VoterFly.  Best of Walnut Creek Awards will be revealed at the November 17th BASH at the Lesher Center.

Exhibitors will be provided with a 6ft. draped table with one chair and up to 2 people per table.

Access to electrical power and Wi-Fi access upon request

Set up is available from 2pm - 3:30pm.  Expo doors open promptly at 4pm

Exhibitors are responsible for removing trash and supplies brought to the hotel

No outside food or drink permitted

Suggested items for Exhibitors:

Branded tablecloths, table top displays no more than 3ft in height, give aways, marketing materials, engagements activities, and a smile.
