Are your parents coming home for the holidays? Do you need a refresher course on how to be an adult child? Get some practical advice and emotional support for the holidays!  Learn how to combat Holiday anxiety and learn simple techniques to help reduce family stress!  Review home safety considerations to help prevent accidents with walkers or wheelchairs.  Help yourself survive the Holidays as a family caregiver, and at the same time, learn how to enjoy being an adult child!  All participants will leave with a binder filled with tips, advice, and resources.
