Self Care Sunday

Join some local business owners for Self Care Sunday - a day of personal pampering and gift getting. This wellness event will take place Sunday, April 30 from 12pm-4pm at Contra Costa Fitness in Concord (behind Rockin' Jump).
This is a free event centered around health & wellness exploration with on-site services and wares from local retailers. Book a tarot card reading and massage appointments, shop beautiful jewelry and gifts or gain some plant knowledge - there is a wide offering available Guest speakers are scheduled at the top of every hour and even some superhero furry friends can be found throughout the event.
