Walnut Creek Village Lunch 'N' Learn - Nutrition Tips for Seniors
Meet integrative medicine nurse practitioner and author Pamela McDonald, who will discuss why nutrition is important at any age; and how to eat for optimal health and well-being based on you the individual, not on a one-size-fits-all recommendation. Pamela will reveal the big impact that nutritional change can make in our overall health – especially as we age. She brings together leading-edge tools in medical science and integrative medicine, as well as rigorous scientific research. Pamela is a graduate of Andrew Weil, M.D.’s Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She practices at Penscott Medical Corporation in Danville, and is author of The Perfect Gene Diet, published by Hay House.
