My name is Conrad Jansz . I’ve had 20 + years working abroad in Telecommunications Infrastructure projects outside United States . 
I’ve had 22 years of experience of Construction Management experience in the United states , 18 of which has been as a General Contractor. As the industry keeps evolving , I’ve recently bought into a franchise . A water and Fire mitigation business , Rainbow international of Walnut Creek ( a neighborly company) and had our grand opening on 3/14/22. My franchise territory includes Walnut Creek , Alamo , Pleasant Hill all the way down to Oakland and Alameda
