About Us

The Garden is recognized as one of the finest dry gardens in the world, and our mission is to preserve this outstanding example of garden design for the education and enjoyment of the public. We provide public and private docent-led tours and educational programs for school children, college interns, and landscape designers. We have a retail nursery which specializes in water-wise plants and CA natives. Proceeds from the nursery help support the Garden. We also have a new building which is available for corporate and private events such as business meetings, weddings and parties.
