Mindful Littles Camp: Summer JAMMS Joy, Art, Music, Mindfulness & Service

Mindful Littles is excited to offer our first-ever summer camp (Summer JAMMS) as a fun and meaningful way for your little to spend their summer break! Campers will participate in enriching games and activities that teach mindfulness, courage, compassion, and kindness.

Each day will focus on a different theme such as Diversity, Critter Compassion, Outdoor Adventure and more.  Children will learn practical and fun mindfulness and social-emotional learning (SEL) skills. The littles will also collaborate on a meaningful Service Learning projects in support of local community causes. 

Littles will leave camp having fun and learning all about kindness. 

We are excited to offer 4 sessions between two locations: Orinda Community Church and Carondelet High School (Note: The Mindful Littles camp is nondenominational). 

What is the target age group?

K - 3rd Grade.  There will be group activities for all campers, and we will also split campers up into age-appropriate activities. 

What should campers bring?

Water, sunscreen & a snack.  We will finish camp before lunch but will take time for a snack. 

What should campers wear?

Mindful Littles shirt, comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes.
