Val’s talents within finance have brought her numerous accolades such as Top Performer 2017, 2018, 2019. She received the National President’s award in 2019-20. Her pivotal moment came in 2020 when she was awarded and became a team lead for the Payroll Protection Program. This was when Val realized she wanted to focus on working with business owners and dedicate her career to helping those grow within their respective industry and has never looked back. In addition to her vast experience in business finance. Val is also passionate about philanthropy and has served with multiple local non-profits. She currently sits on 4 different boards as a member that includes “Friends of Camp Concord,” “Diablo Ballet,” “Las Lomas Boosters Foundation,” and "Las Lomas Football Foundation.” Val also serves as an "Ambassador" to the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce; she is highly dedicated to her community and involvement.
Senya Borrelli
Senya Borrelli is a Productivity Coach and Certified Nutrition Coach who helps professionals and teams improve focus, organization, and sustainable performance through practical, system-based support.
Her work centers on helping individuals feel clear, capable, and effective in their day-to-day work by strengthening organization, structure, and follow-through. Senya integrates productivity coaching with practical strategies around workflow organization, habits, energy support, and daily routines so performance feels manageable and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
With a background in nutrition and wellness, Senya understands how energy, focus, and physical support directly impact productivity at work. Rather than treating wellness and productivity as separate, she uses them together to support clarity, consistency, and long-term effectiveness.
Senya is a co-founder of the Walnut Creek Wellness Alliance, a local collaborative network of health and wellness professionals that fosters connection, innovation, and resource sharing across the community. She is also a graduate of Leadership Contra Costaâ„ , a nine-month leadership development program focused on community engagement, regional systems, and collaborative problem-solving.
As a Walnut Creek Chamber Ambassador, Senya is passionate about supporting local businesses, building meaningful professional relationships, and contributing to a thriving business community.

Kim Falahati, Founded Family Matters in 2013. A one stop shop that helps with any transition in the home, specializing in downsizing, seniors and “collectors”. With over 25 years experience working with families, a degree in Psychology, her personal experience with her senior parents and her passion for helping others, she has the knowledge and compassion to help her clients when they are overwhelmed and asking the daunting question, "Where do I start?"
With her 4 teams; Moving, Hauling, Organizing and Estate Sales, Kim is the Family Facilitator and knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual. She customizes a plan that is specific to her clients needs, helping save time and money.

D. Retainer will be credited back upon successful completion
- Goal is to meet your desired outcome and timeline however should efforts require longer runway, we can extend till we close at which point paid retainer to be credited back for full completion award

- BCE Development, GTM, Thought Leadership, AGERSS&T AI, Pitch Deck Formation, strategy & advisory services are available on a flexible fee schedule.
