New Year, New You Wellness Expo

Join us at our community for our ‘New Year, New You!’ Wellness Expo to kick off 2018! We will host various vendors that support healthy living from 9am to 2pm. Additionally, we invite you to join us for presentations throughout the day, covering topics such as healthy eating, organizing and downsizing, stretch techniques and balance assessments.

Start the year off right by learning how to make small, manageable changes to your lifestyle.
