Shadelands Fall Festival 2026 - Exhibitor Registration

Description

Showcase your Shadelands Business or Nonprofit at the Shadelands Fall Fest Family Friendly event. Attendees will enjoy music, food trucks, ice cream, face painting, all outside while strolling through the exhibitor area. A variety of family-friendly sports activities will be available located in the SportsMall.

By registering for this event, you agree to the Exhibitor Release/Hold Harmless listed below.

EXHIBITOR RELEASE/HOLD HARMLESS

This agreement is entered into by and between the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau (the Chamber), the Shadelands Property Business Improvement District (SPBID) and you, the Exhibitor listed on this registration.  The Chamber and SPBID provide space, a table, and two chairs only to the Exhibitor and is not responsible for any other the setup and teardown of the space.

Per this agreement, Exhibitor herby indemnifies and holds the Chamber, SPBID, and its agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney's fees resulting from said Exhibitor's participation in the event.  For the purpose of this agreement, the term "participation" shall include, but not be limited to, the delivery of equipment, items, structures, and dismantling and removal of all such items for the area provided by or through the Chamber, SPBID, its agents, and employees.

Per this agreement, Exhibitor understands that the Chamber and SPBID are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, or merchandise or accident/injury to themselves or their staff, and do hold harmless any above individuals or businesses to any and all liability.
