Central San Academy Application Due Date

Central San provides wastewater treatment and collection services to the Walnut Creek community, and we invite you to join our citizens’ academy, Central San Academy! After a four-year hiatus due to the pandemic, we are excited to relaunch our FREE program and take you on an interactive journey of what we do as a wastewater treatment and resource recovery agency, pollution preventer, sustainability and environmental steward, and local government agency.

This year’s Central San Academy will be meeting over five classes at our headquarters at 5019 Imhoff Place in Martinez, on the following dates/times:

• Tue. 2/21 from 6-9 pm
• Tue. 2/28 from 6-9 pm
• Week of 3/6: Daytime facilities tour - date(s) TBD dependent on the size of our class, possibly Tue. 3/7, Wed. 3/8, and/or Thurs. 3/9 from 9 am – 1:15 pm
• 3/21 from 6-9 pm (no class during the week of 3/14)
• 3/28 from 6-9 pm
