IMPORTANT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
In response to COVID-19, and in consultation with our healthcare partners, in addition to the public space gathering guidelines per the CDC, State and County, we will implement additional safety measures at the East Bay Women’s Conference.
All participants will be required to present proof of vaccination (2 shots), have their temperature checked and will be provided with a KN95 mask. These measures have been adopted to ensure the safety of those attending. Any guest testing positive for COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms regardless of vaccination status should not attend the conference. Refund Policy: After payment received, 50% refund will be applied; after January 30, 2022, the booth fee is non-refundable. NOTE: Should State or Local Health Mandates prevent the EBWC from taking place, a full refund will be issued.
