Free Community Stretch Session at Tice Valley Park on the baseball field! Join us Friday, April 24 from 11:30am–12:30pm for a guided outdoor stretch session. This is beginner friendly and open to all levels. Perfect if you’re feeling tight, stiff, or just want to move a little better. Bring a mat or folding chair if needed. Ages 16+ welcome.
