Antoinette Gonzales Norris, CBB, CBI, is an award-winning, certified business broker with The Bay Advisors, an affiliate of Zoom Business Brokers. Antoinette specializes in selling businesses from $1M–$10M in revenue in the Bay Area, throughout California, and in other select states. 

Antoinette holds both the CBB (Certified Business Broker) and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designations and is recognized by the International Business Brokers Association with its Chairman’s Circle, Platinum Chairman’s, and Deal Maker awards, among the highest honors in business brokerage. 

Before becoming a business broker, Antoinette built, grew, and sold her own business, giving her firsthand experience with the exact process her clients go through today. Antoinette also has over 25 years of experience in sales, training, business operations, and senior management in high-tech, so she understands first-hand the fast-paced, pressurized environment that business owners work in and the challenges of managing payroll, advertising, sales, operations, and competition, all on a razor-thin budget.

Antoinette loves helping business owners and works diligently to accurately price, advertise, list, and sell their businesses. She keeps a close pulse on market changes and constantly educates herself to better serve her clients. Antoinette lives in Walnut Creek, California, and is well known in the Bay Area but also works with clients throughout California and in other select states.
