What I do

My coaching practice focuses on growing, improving and unlocking the potential in individuals and teams. My goal is to unlock satisfying, impactful and fulfilled life, work and relationship experiences for my clients.

How I do it

In my work, I use the fact that the smart, knowing and most capable person in the room is not me, but the person I am coaching. It’s about enabling the person to tap into what they already know or need to access inside to drive personal awareness, growth and development.

Whether undergoing a pivot or transition in their life, health, relationship, business, career or personal development of any kind, ultimately, my clients have the solution, and my role as their coach is to be a trusted partner on their journey to arrive at that solution and then employ it.

A Bit About Me

I am a Hudson Certified Coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also hold Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the UK and a scholarship Master’s degree from Canada.

Prior to becoming a Career Growth and Leadership Development Coach, I led communications, public relations and corporate marketing teams at several large tech companies, a private adult learning institution and a boutique PR Agency.  I’ve lived and worked in the UK, The Netherlands and for the past 25 years the Bay Area.

What Does All of That Means For You

Despite my career, and continuing interest in technology, it is the people and their growth, development and happiness that has always been my priority interest.  That is now reflected in my complete focus on being the best coach that I can be for my clients.
