Dr. Sean Grammy, DO is the founder of LifeSpan Health Optimization, a physician-led, concierge medical practice based in Walnut Creek that helps individuals and families take a proactive, personalized approach to long-term health.

Board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, Dr. Grammy actively practices in the Emergency Departments at John Muir Health’s Walnut Creek and Concord campuses. 

LifeSpan Health Optimization delivers comprehensive, in-home evaluations, advanced diagnostic testing, imaging guidance, and tailored health strategies designed to optimize energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
